Owners of Hummer H3 - Seeking advice on the H3

Hi there,

Wanted to get some advice from owners of the Hummer H3.

1. Is the cost of maintaining the car expensive? i.e. petrol consumption, service intervals, tyre change, miscl.etc..

2. Can one get a good financing terms for a H3? Either directly with the bank or sole distributors.

3. Reliability of the car? - Anything to watchout for in an H3. Any quirks that tend to creep up and cause a problem. Any common problem relating to H3?

4. Which is the best model (best value)? 2007 or 2006.. Any model on offer now?

5. Off road capability on the dunes?

Thank you so much if any owner of H3s could advice and guide us in the above questions.

Appreciate this tremendously.

Thanks and regards,
Ray

Thank you guys. Manai offers bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years or 100,000kms. So, I gues one dont have to worry about the spare parts. Do any of you have experiences where there are things that are not covered by the warranty aggreement?

Thanks

hummer H3 spare part very very costly ..you will find in company only

service ofcourse you have always to bring to the company.

This car realibily is very poor I guarantee you will get a lot of problem for the fisrt years.

Here in Qatar only 2 car I suggest you to buy if you like to go to dessert...Toyota landcruiser or nissan patrol.

You will suffer from the H3. Very uneconomical and expensive to maintain.

My friend had one and sold it within a month.

I always advise people to stay away from Hummers in general.
