Maybe I should try Vodaphone. Although they're the face of censored Internet.
Vodaphone is "the face of censored Internet in Qatar" because anytime I try to access information deemed 'inappropriate' by the powers that be (for example, an article written by someone who did not enjoy their Qatar experience) a big Vodaphone logo pops up. This happens on the Ooredoo mobile network, too.
4G or 3G? My 4G has been hit or miss the last couple weeks. It goes thru periods of half speeds and 0.2mb for upload speeds. Probably going to cancel once fiber is installed. Been nothing but a headache trying to deal with the ooredoo brainless staff. Complete incompetence.
Would you please share your problem, I might help you to identify the cause of this problem.

i always call the costumers service & they send technician, and still cannot solve the internet issues, they told us to change the cabling connection from the building & we spent money because they said these are not in their scope. But still having the same issue, we convince them to change the wall box spliter. but still the same. The technician came today to check the router settings & made modification, but still the same. we told them to change the router, but they said they will only change it if is defective. technician said, they will change, but with the refurbished old one.
They suggest now, buy a branded router. Grrr.

Why do you think that Vodafone is 'the face of censored Internet'?
My understanding is that only sites are blocked that are against the culture of Qatar and the same sites are blocked on Ooredoo too?! Or have you made different experiences?
