i have given the application to Qtel for shifting the Internet connection. i did not get the service from Qtel for the past 2 months. i have given the compliant to Qtel customer care & ICT consumer voice. Everyday visiting the Qtel customer care. but still now i didn't get favorable reply from them. every time they are saying that another two days, next week, etc.,further more what shall i do for getting my internet connection
I just came to Doha, and I think if you got any problems you got to do online. Just try online. Write a good mail and send them indicating that the customer service is bad. They will run after you.

Next time when you go to the customer service, just get the thoub on. You will have your internet up and running before you walk out of the place.
