online money transaction
Hi,
I did an online money transaction with UAE Exchange on 07/01/2016 At the end of transaction the amount is debited from my bank account but it showed transaction failed.I immediately contacted customer care UAE Exchange the told me they would sort it out on Sunday (today). Now they are telling they did not receive money and tell my bank to get back.When I tracked the transaction it shows that money received. How can I deal this? Where I want to complain? Now they are not taking the phone. Can any one suggest the solution ?
The same thing happened to me since may, did a transaction since showed error and money was deducted. i have been chasing their customer service till to date they have not refunded my money. i disputed with the bank but they confirm UAE exchange has already collected the money. anybody who can help to have this resolved?? i would be super grateful.

If UAE Exchange did not received the amount, you can contact your banks customer service and ask them the decline that particular transaction. Then your bank will reverse the amount to your account. Also, please check in transaction tracker section of your UAE Exchange login whether your can get transaction details. Something similar append to me, luckily after series of followup with UAE Exchange customer care I got my amount credited to my home town bank account
Go to your Home Branch, and try to meet the Branch manager or else if customer services agent sort out your issue that would be great. take all necessary documents/ proofs with you.
