What kind of beach is this that there is Road right next to it and idiots driving like on racing track.
The message is part of the Traffic Departments "one moment" thyme for road safety.

Very stupid pedestrian crossing the road with out proper thinking that the road are for cars to wades , I don't see moral of it , humans, are not like animals who cross the street and waves to their love one's, even animals don't care totally.
Why it can't happen? Why is it stupid? Have you assessed all the risks and ways of getting killed and decide that this one is far fetched and ridiculous? A jolting reminder of safe driving however, I think, those who know Qatar even a bit will find this clip incompatible with reality in terms of portrayal regardless of the message.
Moral of the short film is about safety - traffic awareness for drivers and for pedestrians in particular, thats it and not anything else. All high speed LC drivers must watch this.

There is no such thing as "inviting rape". Not through clothing or in any other way. Using clothing as a cause for rape is nothing but the weakest excuse by pathetic men who cannot control themselves.
This woman is dressing perfectly fine. Acceptable in public or not anywhere in Qatar.
This video is pointing to an important cause in Qatar: traffic security. Important enough even for a public campaign by MOI. Therefore, please keep this ridiculous "Haram, arrest them" stuff for yourself...
