Consume more oil and sugar rich food and be ready for the heart related problems like arteries blockages.
Unfortunately, your body would not indicate any heart problem until you land into this disease with no full curability, only then you would have to live and manage this disease with non oily food and medicine.
Therefore look at what you eat and take care of your health.
Beautiful post....which is why exercise is good, once in a while when you eat the nasty stuff, always good to burn everything out.
It is a decision a person has to make. Also it is about you, not about how you look in the beach, or what your wife of girlfriend thinks...It's about being the best you.
