OFW
With so much discussions regarding corruption at NAIA airport (OFFLOADING thing) and the different investigation going on, why such illegal practices are thriving.
Is the law on OFW really such hard to understand? Who are considered OFW? Are those leaving the country with non-working visa and look for a job (in the ME in particular)be considered legitimate OFW?
from others if they don't want to. The Pinoys are too many to react here!
personally so we could settle evrything!
Vanessa! Nice try!
I think what Victoria meant was the country that you are talking about.. i believe "OFW" and "offloading thing" are jargons for some QLers especially those who are not Filipinos or for those who didn't even know the whole story. Since you categorized your post under Qatar Living Lounge, maybe it's better if you give a brief history of what's going on if you were trying to fish some opinions from other non-Filipino QLers.. :-)
