i have a 11 month baby and a 2 yr old son...i have recently got a job offer with a timing i like...its only till 3. but i am tensed abt leaving the kids..i prefer to have a part time baby sitter..thn leaving thm away frm home..could anybody advice me?i cant decide...i want the job bcoz it has been my dream but is it worth leaving the children?...

well i had the same problem one month ago and my baby is 7 month , but i applied for live in nanny and i had the chance to get a part time nanny till the live in arrives, her name is thelma and she happened to be very nice with my baby, she is a filippina, if i knew she could stay longer i wouldn't apply for a live in, but as this happened in few days she will be without job, she comes everyday from 6 to 1 and i give her 1500 per month, but u can negotiate with her. if u r interested send me a message and ill give u her number..
