the noodlehouse delivery service SUCKS!

These idiots litter my house with their menus and their new delivery service and when I finally decide to call up the city center branch for a delivery they could not find my house which is only 10 min away from them. So after more than 2 hours of waiting and numerous calls in between of repeating instructions to the staff they connect me with their driver who can't even speak English. Great! You guys need to hire competent staff if you wish to expand into home delivery and then advertise it.

Exactly! They expect you to accept their cold food and charge their high prices too! Bunch of idiots!

i agree 200%

i was with a friend in his flat @ the Pearl Island .. and they have there own branch there .. so we thought its a good idea to order from Noodle House since there is a branch in The Island itself so it won't take long to get delivered .. guess what? we were wrong it took them really long .. food was cold and its few steps away .. thumbs down to their delivery

You mean 2 years no merci, they are going to have to teach the driver English as well, which would require at least a year!

Give it 6 months and it might get a little better. by then the driver they hired may know his way around...somewhat.
