NOC

Dear all,

This is Mohamed working Qatar since 2years,

Around 8 months working one of the company , before I was worked maintenance company  & got better offer after 1 n half years ask my company to give me NOC they given n joined new company.

During my interview they given offer letter two years contact it's an extendable. I agreed for that.

When I started to work it’s a project, my company having 5 years contract they used me to work that certain contact as per contractor required.

Now I am finished 8 months then I got some information this is last year it's mean 5th year going on this contract

Coming August gonna compete, this matter company doesn’t discuss with me regarding this issue.

Now my company situation they terminate many peoples n they are not willing to give NOC.

Because of they planned to close this company.

Now my question if my company not ready to give NOC , it's that any low against this issue ?

Also still my presently company didn't make any official employment contract, only having offer letter.

Pls try to advise me ??
