NOC

Hi I am currently working for 9 months now with my present employer, I wanted to resign because I am going to transfer with another company with better pay, my employer doesn't want to give me an NOC , EVEN THOUGH MY NEW EMPLOYER WILL PAY THEM EVERYTHING... what shall I do?

you cannot transfer your sponsorship now, as you've been with your present sponsor for only 9 months. You have to wait until 2 years.. or at least 1 year as an exception, which I doubt in your case.

NOC has nothing to do with that.

You can go to the labour court and ask them to sue your current employer for 2 million Riyals!! :|
