NOC
By macgyver426 •
A friend of mine is scheduled to go on vacation at the end of July. But due to some unknown reasons, his employer told him not to return to Doha and his service will be terminated effective August 1. He has an existing contract that ends on April 2010. The problem is, his employer refuses to give him the NOC. Is it legal or is it better if he address the situation with the Labor Department?
KHATTAK>?? Never heard of any 6-month rule.
bleu is right....but if he has already worked for more than six months with his current employer, then the employer cannot terminate him this way before his contract expiry. He can go to the labor court and file a case against his employer.

100% legal. NOC is at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
