there is evidence that noahs flood was a regional flood which occurred on the tigeris in mordern day iraq. Noah was said to have sailed to bahrain.

The authorities in Turkey have long claimed that the Ark was berthed in Turkey. The location is in the extreme North East and very close to the Iranian border.
It is not a place for foreign visitors to go without a good local guide.
Some have been chased away by the locals.
