Hello everybody who r living in Qatar. thats a great news that Emir has issue a decree in which he has approved the International Labour law on abortion of Qatar forced labour law. In this view any body can change their sponsor any time as I heard. This news came in todays Arabic news paper.

If anybody know more about this plz tell all of us.

I agree with Salman, Al Rayah just mentioned - in a small paragraph - that Amir has changed some rules regarding "forced labour", no more details mentioned, but I think it will be published in tomorrow news paper.

I read the news and I'm not sure what does "forced labour" means, but I don't think it has anything to do with changing sponsorships laws, other wise we would have seen parades of people celebrating their freedom in the streets ..... (sigh)
