hello guys. can any body tell me how i can see other workstation's monitor and their status in a company's local network.

A lot of these are available in the market. But if you are already using Windows XP and your intention is to simply interact with the user with their permission, then it is already built in. It is called Remote Assistance. If full control, Remote Desktop. Check the documentation.

But if your purpose is spying, then you can use Ideal Admin, NetManager... Check your company policy on this one.
