Net phone use

Hi there,
There is a raid going on for cheaper net phone users which is declared illegal in Qatar. Although the law breakers should be punished, most of these victims are low earning people who being unable to afford Qtel's expensive international service succumbing to such practice. However the white collar people sitting in their offices or thru ADSL making these calls without any worries. I think this is the folk who should be taught a lesson because Qtel enjoys only a small customer base in the country and cann't provide the service at the rates of voip. Hence Qtel's action is justified in banning the voip calls. Instead of hunting the poor, Qtel can get rid of this misuse by increasing ADSL charges to QR750 per month and making dial up much cheaper like QR1 per hour or QR200 per month because it is difficult to use dial up for voip calls. Qtel can also do some ground work on cutting its expenses like Qatar airways to provide cheaper service.
What you guys have to say?

Dear phill don't take it racial. I meant people with white color jobs. I don't know whether this phrase is used internationally or not but white color refers to high profile etc in India.

Well since I'm not a worker and you only want to punish white people, I guess according to your plan I can still make net calls. Sounds good to me. And by the way, please don't make any suggestion that includes QTEL asking for one more dirham than they already charge!!!!
