Rumours are rife that Gamal Mubarak, son of the Egyptian president and husband to a glamourous wife is set to become Egypt’s next leader.

Now , Egypt is a democratic country. So, how will this go down ?

President Mubarak.

"Elected" to the post for nearly 30 years. Wow !

He must be so "loved" by his people.

This is not news (regarding Gamal) and it is not like the Bush family. For whatever it's worth they were actually elected to office legitimately except for the 2000 Florida Presidential elections.

Gamal Mubarak is a senior member of the National Party (The only effective party in a 70million+ nation) and by election he would be the candidate for presidency.

Now, the question is: does anyone in Egypt dare to present himself as candidate before Gamal?????????????

this is the dictatorial democracy:)

Yalla!

Hosni is a pharao, and pharao's son becomes the next pharao. That's how it goes since 3.000 BC.
