I have actually checked out all the links ... but some unique names that you come across these days are not on these websites...

like: for girls - palvasha, areej,

for boys - Nyle, Anash.....

I guess, people who are regular with latest Urdu Novels or Drama Serials ... or who have just returned from holidays in Pakistan would know of some different names .....

Eco, I used to fight with some friends when they name their baby boys which starts with Abdul. I used to tell them if they cannot call the complete name with Abdul in the future and if they are going to call them as Gaffoor, Majeed, Sathar, Razak, Rasheed and Rahman find another single name.

Looks like you're without a job. All the time on QL. Your profile shows you are Admin. Officer. Wonder which company employs people with so much freedom. Get paid for doing nothing. Don't show your smartness on this site by answering everybody's questions.

Go with the names of the Prophets or Sahabah cos that way your child has a great namesake as a role model. And you can too tell him/her stories about the virtuous pious person they are named after. This is actually naseeha by the 'ulamaa when it comes to choosing names. Barakhallah feek!
