Need business visa or work sponsored visa

Need work sponsored visa or business visa.

Hummm.....I know I really need one too. I can't get husband family residence visa sponsorship so I can work. That is so frustrating to me that I get for big well known companies, but then the company says sorry... U must be on husband or father visit to work for us!!!! There are no female visas available. With??? I know people are being brought here daily from outside Qatar on visas, I am already here! And I know the company my husband works for brings unskilled and people with fake certificates or degrees everyday . So something is not right here.

Being American, I thought it would be easy to work here when I moved here and got married. But now I see that's not the case unless it's who you know, and shady things happen to get employed.
I tried to explain at interviews, just put me on a business visa and after 3 months I can go out to Bahrain for the day and come back on new 3 month visa. They said no. Hummmm nice so if anyone can help me get working.... In a suitable postition, I would give 1/2 my first month salary as a finder's fee. Or as a thank you.
