My situation in a Company at Qatar
(PLEASE SEE THE BELOW LETTER THAT I HAVE BEEN SENT TO MY COMPANY FOR ANNUAL VACATION, THE COMPANY NOT APPROVING THE VACATION AND NOW MENTALLY HARRASSING ME)
I like to inform the following to your kind notice regarding the annual vacation leave/Emergency leave that I have applied to the management of M/S Iproplan.
I have joined in Iproplan on 12/6/2010 and this is the 16th running month I am working here.
I have applied my vacation leave on 03/05/2011 requesting vacation for 30 days starting from 30th August 2011 to 30th September 2011,
Since the company not taken any action on this, I have sent reminder following letters
First reminder letter is on 01/08/2011
Second reminder letter on 08/08/2011
Third reminder letter on 15/08/2011
Fourth reminder letter on 18/08/2011
Fifth reminder letter on 20/08/2011
I have also sent several E MAIL to HR Officer, Project Manager and to the company MD
In Oder to minimise the effect of my absence during my leave for running the Project, I have requested to arrange my leave during Ed El Fit her holiday’s .The company disapproved it.
During this time my father is hospitalised (he is aged) and doctors informed, he is in critical condition. Regarding this my wife sent a FAX on 24/08/2011 to Iproplan Management for an Emergency leave to me. Still no action on this
Now my family members, Parents, Wife and kids are complaining to me that I am neglecting them.
My wife is seriously complaining that I left my family responsibilities to work outside the country without caring the family for long time.
Now I am total mentally disturbed condition and can't concentrate on work without a vacation.
Last Saturday (11/09/2011) I went to my head office and saw my MD and discussed my vacation and he has no proper answer, when I can go for leave. Then I informed to him that I am in a mentally disturbed condition due to the problems in my home and I can't work again without refresh my mind after a short vacation. Then he insisted to come and sit in head office from 11th September.
Simply sitting in office without going to site for supervision of construction works is a waste of time and now the company harassing me and I am in total mentally disturbed condition.
I have complained to Indian Embassy also for the non approval of Vacation leave and they have sent a letter to the company on 12/9/2011.The Company have not responding to the letter still this time.
This is reported to you because if something happen to me, it will be known to some others also.
Please Advise What way I can move for getting Leave/Release

Sorry for your situationyou can Go to Labour office and flie complaint against them (HR/Company)but you will have to prove your case as geniune with proof what you have described in your letter, make sure you read and understand your service agreement and its rules which you have signed as approved for your job.!if company will present your agreement and they are not violating anything then you will be in more trouble..!Think twice and act wise..!Good luck buddy.!
Rajeev, i undertand the issue but before we see the contract what u have signed for it is very hard to go for the negotiation since the issue beyond everyone's limit. I suggest you to go to labour department with Indian emmbassy letter and your complete requests and fax from home country.After all these incidents it means you are in the position to loose ur job that also u have to take into consideration and for two years u cannot come to Qatar even u get anyother job in hand.

that brought a big injustice to our beloved fellow cute Qler and I really don't know how to describe your company! A total b........!
