Is my money safe in Qatar?
Interest rates in US and EU central banks are around 1% and here there are banks offering "super saving accounts" with 5% interest?
and 5% cash back credit cards?
Maybe Im too suspicious and they have found the way to invest my money in order to give me that interest and still earn money?

Euros to US (QAR) is a very good move at the moment, now that the euro is so high.
As for transferring out, there will be questions, get information from your bank.

I was thinking about bringing my money here.
Euro is strong, but interest in EU is not more than 1,7%...
Here in the other hand I can take advantage of the current exchange rate and 5% of interest, and without taxes.
BTW I thought that I could transfer my money back with no questions.

keep it here until the euro goes down a bit. but be careful don't let stay here too long, as you need to justify if you transfer out big quantities.
