I play a tenor saxophone, albeit fairly badly, I was wondering if there may be anyone else in Doha that would be interested in getting together to play some music and maybe form a beginners jazz band. Also does anyone know a place where you can purchase sheet music in Doha

Hi there, may i recommend you try the Modern home shop in the city center,they sell musical instruments and may have sheet music as well.
