Can anyone explain to me why when parking is almost impossible in or around Grand Hamad st the 2 multi storey car parks just behind are for bank staff only?
I had a meeting yesterday in the Al Kaleej Bldg and managed to blag my way in to one- it was about 75% empty!

sorry to disappoint you, the parking buildings to my knowledge is for bank staff/ Customers only....
since u had a meeting in Al Khaleeji bldg, that cud be the reason they didnt let u park there....
& there is a big vacant ground opposite the Islamic International / Commercial Bank....
