Has anybody incorrectly been charged with a motor offence (I know a number of people who have). Should I challenge it, and how? Or should I just pay up and treat it as a cost of living in Doha. The offence was speeding at 2.30am, I have never been out after midnight, sad but true.

They have the picture of your car with plate number.. maybe its their mistake or its 2.30 PM instead of 2.30 AM.
