Moral of the story....!!!!

Once Nixon, Churchill and Gaddafi were
travelling in an helicopter. They met with an accident and all three of them died.

The gatekeeper to heaven was waiting for this moment at the doorstep of death.

He asks Nixon and Churchill to go to HEAVEN.

But, for Gaddafi , the gatekeeper to heaven had already decided that he should be sent to HELL. Gaddafi is not at all happy with this decision.

He asks the gatekeeper as to why this discrimination is being made. All the three of them had served the public. Similarly, all took bribes, all misused public positions, had mistresses on the side, fooled their people, etc.

Then why the differential treatment?

He felt that there should be a formal test or an objective evaluation before a decision is made; and should not be just based on opinion or pre-conceived notions.

The gatekeepr to heaven agrees to this and asks all the three of them to appear for an English test.

Nixon is asked to spell " INDIA " and he does it correctly.

Churchill is asked to spell " Pakistan " and he too passes.

It is Gaddafi's turn and he is asked to spell " CZECHOSLOVAKIA ".

Gaddafi protests that he doesn't know English.

He says this is not fair and that he was given a tough question and thus forced to fail with false intent.

Gaddafi is extremely unhappy.

Having been a student of history (which the other two weren't), and written and published the green book he now requested for all the 3 to be subjected to a test in history

The gate keeper to heaven says OK but this would be the last chance and that he would not take any more tests.

Nixon is asked: "Name the capital of England . He replied "London" and passed.

Churchill is asked "How many people died during the current revolution in Libya

He gets nervous. The gate keeper to heaven asked him to choose from 3 options: 50,000 or 75,000 or 100,000. Churchill catches it and says 75,000 and passes.

It's Gaddafi's turn now.

The gatekeeper to heaven asks him to give the Name and Address of each of the 75,000 who died
in the revolution

Gaddafi accepts defeat and agrees to go to HELL.

Well its just a joke, so the facts can be twisted to suit the story..:)

btw, gaddafi probably was a student in geography but left it halfway to join the army. churchill, may not be a student in history but was a historian himself..his many volumes of 'war memoires of winston churchill' have been excellent accounts of the 2nd world war.

"Having been a student of history (which the other two weren't)"

Please see below:

'A History of the English-Speaking Peoples' is a four-volume history of Britain and its former colonies and possessions throughout the world, written by Winston Churchill, covering the period from Caesar's invasions of Britain (55 BC) to the beginning of the First World War(1914)
