Modern single women are practical these days

heero_yuy2
By heero_yuy2

They have at least a minimum of two boyfriends to help 'compensate' her love. If in any case that it's time for her to go to the wedding bells it's time for her to choose one and to dump the rest afterwards (after she get what they need). The ironic part of it is they usually dump the right person and ends up being with the wrong person in the end.

Talk about being practical. LOL

It's as CLEAR as a cloudless sky that YOU GOT DUMPED & YOU'RE MOPING. And you're just 'sourgraping' here in QL coz the girl choose the other(pretentious)guy over you.

Your experience got nothing to do with "modern single" women...you're just having SOME BAD LUCK...in this case, you're JINXed.

So...quit it...

I don't think he's being played off by anyone. I think he pursued a girl, she probably was being nice and spoke to him or something, he assumed she wanted him, and it turns out she has a boyfriend.

By Eagley• 18 Feb 2009 10:08

Oh hey, Alexa. I've never played 2 guys off against each other before. I'm very careful about my choice but once I have decided, there will be no other on my mind and in my heart. I don't play games like these and won't consciously lead anyone on.

It is true that some women do play games, as do some guys. And it's too bad that H has negative experiences but the only way to change things is to change his own skewered perceptions.

Ok, so judging from what you say this girl/s doesn't have 2 boyfriends, and they did not choose the other over you, because you weren't even dating her/them. So from what I can gather you are just upset because the girls you like already have boyfriends?

- Deleted -

Sigh!..I usually ignore H's posts because there's something seriously skewered about his perceptions and disconnected train of thoughts (in previous threads). But I shall make a brief comment...

QS - "Beside, a woman tends to be attracted to a strong man at any time, in the previous centuries even more than nowadays…"

- We still are. Except that character strength is more important nowadays. Modern women are not desperate and will wait for someone who has the qualities they are looking for. "Old fashioned" is an empty buzzword - overused because modern women look for men with old fashioned values. But don't underestimate modern women. They see through pretenses - even unconscious ones.

/Quitting while just a bit ahead. The reason honest truth is not fully stated - because he's not ready to hear it - no matter what he says to the contrary. On the other hand, he needs to hear to truth in order to snap out of his negativity. It is not about the women..

//No further comment.
