mobile virus

i had my mobile infected by a virus on thursday and when i took it to the nokia shop i asked them to save my stored nos and info before they started to work on it but when it came back every thing was wiped clean and they said that nothing had been saved to sim card but it was all on phone memory. can any one help me restore missing nos.what what thrill do these people get spreading a virus like this apparently it gets in via blue tooth.

no you cant restore them once they are cleared from the cell memory. you were suppose to creat a backup file on ur PC or on the memory card within the cell. IT lost
