Mizado has canceled all pending orders!

I recently seen a message on the FB page for Mizado, ''Mizado

Dear Mizado Friends,
we are currently undergoing a restructuring process and therefore have to cancel all pending orders.
Of course, we are refunding all customers who have made a pre-payment. The refund will be issued by tomorrow the latest and should be received within a week.
Your Mizado Team.''
They are not accepting emails or phone calls,
If it wasn't for the Facebook notice I would not have found this info.
rumour is that all staff are gone,
I paid for a computer 2 weeks ago and called last week and they said the item is out of stock.
We will see,

they've refunded me but kept the shipping charges.
The truth is that Rocket Internet has shutdown Mizado! The site is no more, and they cancelled all pending orders.
One of my friends worked in their Dubai office and lost her job together with 100+ others.
I will keep you updated. The good thing is the site is offline so no more purchases can be made.
I guess the real reason for using the credit card was the IBQ cash back and of course the extra purchase protection that comes with using the card. Sometimes CASH is not KING.
This explains why their site is under maintenance for days now. I ordered and received my tablet few days ago. I am bit surprised because they were doing good business - just wondering if this is not linked to the Apple-Samsung verdict because most of their business seemd to be focussed on Apple tablets and Samsung smartphones. Anyway, I would recommend that you wait for few days; I personally think you will receive your refund because of the UAE strict laws on online business. If you fail to receive it, you can then contact the authority. Could you provide this thread with an appropriate update, please.
wait for a week and if u didnt get then u may contact SSL(Security provider) for Mizado with the Information of Payment ..
but u have done a mistake . why you pay online to them?
