Jackson, 50, has spots of skin cancer on his upper body and pre-cancerous cells on his face, The Sun reports.

Those close to the King of Pop did not deny the report when contacted.

"I cannot comment on this issue," a spokesperson for his publicist Dita Miller was reported as saying in the Daily Mail.

"I am afraid there is nothing more to add at this time."

This is the outcome of trying to change what colour of his skin had God given him, he wanted to be white, God made him white but with a price to pay....

People loved Michael Jackson since he was six (remember the JACKSON 5). He was a household name for all his hits...but I stopped liking him when he changed his nose, skin and whatever he changed.

Pity....
