For the last decade otherwise sane men and women, in a “mass-delusional belief” linked specifically to a West Bengal community, are convinced that it’s not only possible to become pregnant with an unwanted litter of pups, but it’s also fairly common.
A person being recently bitten by a dog, especially when the dog is in a state of sexual arousal at the time of the “attack,” results in the unavoidable conception of canines in a human carrier.
Puppy pregnancy in men is particularly unpleasant in that the ‘sire’ inevitably dies during the excruciating delivery of the puppies—through his penis.As evidence of their belief, nearly everyone in the village can name a person whose unexplained death was clearly the result of a toxic puppy pregnancy.

Now, I would like to know if there actually has been a case of puppies delivered through a man's penis......and what those puppies look like....;)

This is one reason that I have been wary of visiting QAWS .. Rabies will kill you, but delivering a litter of puppies could make you a star :O(

would they know if the dog was in a state of arousal when they are bitten...
I can tell you, as the recipient of numerous dog bites.... the last thing I was focused on, was the dogs arousal.... his snarling teeth were of more concern to me.
