hi one of my friend have some health issues he visited doctor in doha (in wel know hospital in doha) but doctor neglect his decease and not gave him a proper guidance and it lead his for u major surgery last week.and he has pay for doctor negligence for his full of life.can he complete against doctor to police.and can he get the compensation.

Ask the surgeon if he wants to attest that your friend was misdiagnosed... By the way, what was the 1st doctor's diagnosis? And what was the surgical procedure done?

your friend was MIS-DIAGNOSED by a doctor resulting for an expensive surgery. You are now asking if this friend of yours can complain to the police and somehow be compensated? Am I right?
