is med prescriptions in qatar in arabic?

hi i am just curious if the written prescriptions of medicines in qatar are written in full arabic? that an expat not acquainted with arabic wont understand reading it?

have you encountered a case that the pharmacist or seller failed to transcribe the prescription order correctly and issued a wrong medicines or wrong does of medixines?

what possible solutions are available to avoid these?

Please help....just gathering information to help me in my field of work later there in qatar. thank you guyz!

u can write in arabic or english, as long as (u said it) the pharmacist can read it.

on the other hand, sick leaves' language according to the company/school the patient works for.
