I'm going to let you in on a little secret, folks. I'm not as smart as I may appear sometimes. Or at the very least, I have very bad luck more often than not. If there is something that can go wrong in any given situation, it almost always happens to me. I've grown to accept this fact of life.
Positive thinking is always good... Sometimes mistaken for being naive, but not really. It's believing that things may not be very good at present but they will get better if we persevere. ;0) God is still in control, even though it doesn't look like it. The sun is always shining behind the thick, black, stormy clouds!
We all experience heaven and hell at one point in our lives. What I always keep in mind - God will not put anything along my way I cannot conquer! :)Just be positive. :)
I agree.. I am good at predicting negatives.. and i hate when i am right.. but even though I always find myself in the edge of the sword; there are some good days too.. And, I am a strong believer that good & bad comes from Allah. And Allah never tests us more than what we are capable of.
In that way Lawa you are becoming master in facing problems and just change you mind take every situation as resistance and test or a game and try to win it. It happens with me too as well but I use Bismillah, inshallah, Alhamdulilah, Mashallah and inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajioon to change them with different perspectives. After this I too go with the same what my sister Fathima has said above.
not me... I always considered mysellf lucky...or God always showed me an immdiate solution for the problems... touchwood..
Lawa..what went wrong? there are people who are not lucky as you..just think about them.. you will feel better... you have a job... you are healthy...you live in a safe country...
Well I have my good days and my not so good days.and yes there are those moments when just about everything may not be working out as we hoped. But as a person who believes in Allah/God and the last day I don't attribute it to luck. Rather I believe what our beloved Prophet said that “He whom Allah intends good, He makes him to suffer from some affliction"(Al Bukhari) and "“A Muslim, male or female, continues to remain under trial in respect of his life, property, and offspring until he faces Allah, the Exalted, with no sin record”(At-Tirmidhi).So when one does face any kind of trials its always better to remain positive and focused on how best to overcome it. And bare in mind again the saying of our Lord that "After hardship comes ease" Obviously its not always that we can remain as steadfast but we must try. And remember too that no matter how hard we may have it there are still those far worse off than ourselves.Indeed may Allah grant you ease and succes in abundance..Aameen!
