Looking for a Zoetrope in Qatar

So a weird request for everyone. Does anyone know where I could buy a zoetrope in Qatar? Or where I could have one built? Are there any stores that sell odd things like this or a workshop that can build to specification?

i reckon your best bet is buying it on Ebay and getting it shipped to Doha via Aramex.
