Looking to practice Korean

Lived in Korea for a while and can speak the language alright. Looking for other Koreans (or non-Koreans) to practice with. If you are interested, reply to this and let's meet up and practice! Language exchange is cool, too! I taught English in Korea so am willing to trade my English for your Korean.

I'm pretty new in Qatar and look forward to meeting new people! Anyone out there?

I worked part time at a Hakwon (to get that wonderful English teachers Visa) and full time for Pearl S. Buck International doing PR. There were lots of English Teachers in Incheon, especially around the Bupyeong area. But I did spend most of my time in Seoul (playing ultimate frisbee).

I lived in Seoul for almost six years. Itaewon, Kangnam, Haebangchon, Pundang... Then Bucheon for almost a year...

Sounds like you were a teacher, Gypsy. Incheon, hmm? That's an odd place to work if you were a teacher. What did you do there, or was it a Hakwon?

Han414: I have been here a month and I really like it. It's my first time to the Middle East and I can say that I was shocked by a lot of things, but none in a negative way. Qatar has been very fun and seems to be an interesting place!

Where did you live in Korea? I lived in Incheon for a year and Haebangchon (in Seoul) for about 6 months. My Korean is Awful!! So I can't help you there, unless you want to practice giving directions and ordering food over and over again...or counting, or telling little children to sit down and shut up.
