Looking for personal loan

Dears,

Here i labored for one big company since two years and I'm receiving salary from Doha bank account issued by the company, now the problem is i'm looking for personal loan from the same bank to clear some financial problems at home in India bankers are ready to give the loan but they are asking payslips and offer letter and NOC letter from company so i requested the same to my management they are saying that i'm not eligible to take loan here because i'm a contractor/consultant staff to that company and they couldn't provide the documents what i require to submit to the bank.

Is it true that the contractor/consultant staff are not eligible to get the loan here in Qatar..???
