Looking for paintless fix

I had a one week vecation in UAE. I travelled to UAE using my new Lexus LX 570. When I came back to Qatar and after I washed my car I noticed a small dent on the left back side of the car which must be caused by a door of another car parked adjecent to me somewhere in UAE. Anyway I need to contact someone proficional who can fix this kind of damage without a major workshop paint work. I heared about this person called "vener" maybe he can help. keeping it as it is would be better in my opinion. Recently sold my car and found that even a small paint job done at the dealer reduces the price of the car
