it's an elite group chosen by the group manager based on agreed guidelines already set-up. But anyone can be a guest if so wanted. You just need to satisfy the requirement of the group before you can be invited.

i think the biggest fear of any new Ql-er is to just show up to a meeting where all the rest know each other... i was going to show up for the coffee shop invitation by UKeng but hehe to be honest i was like damn, they all know each other lol.. The next meet i will try to drag myself ;)
