Hi All,

I'll be moving to Doha in October and would like to do some recon. How much would a nice, western style 3BR apratment near the beach side cost? also how easy is it to get loans from the Banks for cars and stuff? is the driving crazy or a bit civilzed like Dubai? Thanks in Advance.Cheers...ZM

...some banks require 3 months salary transfer.. some are ok only with the letter from the Company, can give you a loan before 3 months transfers.. also depends on your salary i guess...

it's around 16k-18k for an apartment at the lagoon

On a side note, I'm going to be looking for a FEMALE to rent out a room in one of my apartments at the Lagoon Tower (near the beach, ritz, lagoon, future underground, the pearl, on the way to lusail etc..)

She would be living with a friend of mine (female). Of course we'd both need to interview.
