Liability after getting NOC from previous employer
I just want to know if am still liable to the project which already got completion certificate from client and consultant that the project is already over or completed.
At present i am receiving emails from my Manager that due to incomplete works am still responsible for that and he threatened me that he will report my name to the Labor Ministry.
The project is now in the maintenance period after getting completion certificate from client and consultant.
My visa or sponsorship is already transferred to other company where i am working now it means i have new employer already.
Any one can give a point of view or in short i want to know if my previous employer or Manager having right to threatened me as mentioned above.

Jars, Just ignore your ex boss's calls for three days , all his anger will die down .......... then pick his call slowly in the evening not in the working hours ........... speak with him in low tone , praise his way of working & mention his merits ....... laugh two - three times during your talk ....... you will see he will be cool to you .............

I am the Site Engineer of the project which is reporting before to Site Manager and later on directly reporting to Operations Manager.
My sponsorship was transferred last March 2016. My previous company is not operating anymore in Qatar, meaning they already stop tendering projects.
And also all our staffs and labors already released and transferred also to other companies here in Qatar.
You have not mentioned what your connection with the project is or was and how long you have transferred sponsorship.
You are no longer an employee , therefore not liable
