LED lights for car

Thinking of installing LED lights in car (head lights to start with). I searched in QL for the best place to do it, i could read only about crazy signal, there must be some place other than crazy signal chain of shops in doha, with decent high quality bulbs...

Do you know and can you please suggest shops other than crazy signal, or is it the only option.
