LE GOURMET SOUK WE2EF
We have been to that restaurant on Friday 22nd of February. Like usual, eveyone of us order his food.
Out of 10 platters:
1-Fish platter came with a piece of hair. We called the waiter and the reply was it happens. Kindly excuse us.
2-Chicken grilled platter came not well grilled while blood is still spilling out. Waiter didn't react and was like normal
3-Mix grill Platter came with a WORM, Alive and walking around the plate. We asked for the Manager who came kindly and excusing himself and the restaurant problem. He tried to offer some sweet and making invoice discount, but this of course doesn't matter because out of 14 persons on that table, no one wanted to continue his lunch anymore as we fell this is a dangerous place, unclean, unhealthy.
A photo of the warm was taken.
I dunno what else we could expect in that restaurant, but for sure, we will never come back to that restaurant. Needless to say, the restaurant hygiene shall be GOV checked or at least, review the restaurant procedure for handling the food.
I appreciate if someone can help me publising this info to the right gov channel.

I have had MULTIPLE encounters at that place, and eventually decided to boycott it three yrs ago....never to come back again....not even for shisha
Im coustmer in this resturant maybe more than four years i didnt see any things of that happen. I like there food and always me and my friends eating there. The resturant very clean and the staff also they are very nice and kind. And you know the weather here some times windy so maybe this warm fill down from the tree because you are eating out side. So dont but the blame in resturant.
thats why I dont go to souq wa2ef during the weekend. it will be crowded and the service bad same as the quality. I have no idea why each person in qatar spend their weekend in souq wa2ef while there are many other places and restaurant.
1 hour to find parking if your lucky.
1 hour to find a table if your lucky
1 hour to get your order served.
and because its crowded they will give you the worse food and shisha.
This comes as a huge surprise, my colleagues and i have been coming to Le Gourmet at Souq Waqif and have never encountered the same food quality issues. We go primarily for the shisha but the foods are not bad, and the service is excellent.Until now,we still do visit the restaurant and nothing has changed.Their mixed grill in fact is the best among all others that I've tried in the Souq Waqif resto strip.
