Law abiding England fans and respect in Qatar
The Engalnd game is almost with us now, and i would just like to say, I hope the plastic hard boy muppets who can only fight in packs and are intent on terrorising innocent people stay well away from Qatar
England has the biggest away support of any international football team , even for friendlies, and the majority of our fans are well behaved, passionate, vocal supporters who will undoubtedly respect the laws of Qatar.
If there are any muppets coming to Qatar intent on being naughty , i hope they pay the price and get taught some old fashioned respect, which is missing in Engalnd today.
And i hope our boys stuff Brazil, and cant wait to see the cross of st george all over that stadium.
what a night in store !
@ Alumnar...@ the end of the day,it was an exhibition game, both teams wouldn't want to risk their 1st choice 11 & both managers would've told the boys to take it easy, since the game was of no consequence whatsoever...we've seen both teams play & play well when it matters...rest assured, the level of play we see in SA will be upto their usual high standard...this game, wasn't,with reason...
... might as well stayed at home for the match they gave us! What a joke, they would have been more active if they sat down knitting!!! England and Brazil were both crap. If they are gonna play like that in the World Cup they might as well all go on sick leave!
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"
Rules are a guideline for intelligent people, but they must be adhered to by idiots.
must admit the mexican wave was funny, the vips wouldnt stand up, and the english fans never do
(i did though) great fun
x
The most exciting part of the game for me was doing the mexican wave! I am ashamed to say England were crap and I know it was not their best team but come on... they could have done a little better!
"Wes Brown did play well"??!!
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
England with the 2nd string side they played minus pretty much everyone, could've held them to 0-0 were it not for that 1 momentary lapse in the 46th...i thought Kaka would rip through the English defence without Ferdinand & Terry...turns out the new boys & Wes brown kept him well in check...game died in the 2nd half though, anyways @ the end of the day,ALL the hoopla aside,it was in fact an exhibition game of no consequence in terms of qualifying or points...
I got hit by a few of those glow sticks :-(
*****If you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say anything at all*****
crap game, england were awful, biggest anti climax of the year.
but the qataris certainly put on a good show,i liked the stadium , the flouresent tubes being chucked onto the pitch was funny if not a little dangerous,
that dead german keeper., spoilt by some little muppet who kept screaming out kaka kaka!
and the minutes silence for
never mind, x
Rules are a guideline for intelligent people, but they must be adhered to by idiots.
Do it! Tha'll be jzz fun man!!
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
You would certainly get yourself on tv lol
... don't do it man. You will get into trouble. We know that this country has a no tolerance policy for any kind of big event trouble. Let's just enjoy and hope England wins! ;)
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"
seriously though just say , at the end of the game , we lost, and i jumped out on to pitch and streaked across it, what would happen? would the authorities see the funny side?
would i lose my rp?
would i be locked up for long if at all?
would i be deported??
steve
You can't teach experience...
England 20 Brazil 2 (just to be fair!) ;)
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"
I predict England 2 Brazil 1.....
england 3 brazil 2
:)))
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"
Alumnar, wat happened to your avatar? (Sowwy for the hijack , but couldn't stop me from askin' it)
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
2 - 2. Brazil are missing as many big names as England.
;) LOL!
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"
I cant wait to see this ;-)
lols guys at least that streaking part would be much interesting :)
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
I predict 2x0 Brazil victory.
But tell me, how do you intend to cross the pitch after the game ends? If you teach me how to do it, I make the same deal: if Brazil lose, I streak across the pitch too!
ok proudy its a fair cop man!
no seriously i tell you now
AND EVERYONE ELSE
THE SCORE WILL BE IN ENGLANDS FAVOUR
OK.. COME ON THEN LETS MAKE THIS INTERESTING IF WE LOSE I WILL STREAK ACROSS THE PITCH AT THE FINAL WHISTLE.
PML!! RIGHT WHO CAN PREDIT THE ACTUAL RESULT??
of the recent posts, I start feeling a little bit of excuse, like "second string side" and things like that. Old technic: in case you lose, you give that as an excuse; if you win, you can make even more fun out of it, by saying "We beat Brazil with half of our team", bla bla bla... Nice try, steve!
You're completely right about team players. Except for 1970 brazilian squad ( Pele and other monsters), most of Brazil and other countries World titles were won by the best performance teams, what necessarily doesn't mean the best show teams. Look back in history (Holland in 1974 and 1978, Brazil in 1982, 1998 and 2006, Argentina in 1990, to remember the most recent). Those teams played by music, but they all lost their respective World Cups.
Changing subject, that picture is it yours? WTF man, you need to send me your abs training!
steve Rooney will be playing
Essentially means that a lot of our first choice players (Gerrard, Ferdinand, Ashley Cole etc etc) are "injured so wont be playing. Will be a lot of players on the fringes of the squad playing at some point on Saturday. Beckham wont be there either which is sure to disappoint a lot of people. Not me though :-)
What is the meaning of "second string side"?
____________________________________________________
I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?"
Unfortunately England will be playing a mainly second string side !
Proud: What we need is good team players! England is on fire at the moment, but Brazil is looking good after confederations cup victory. I don't know why , but they are having problems defeating small nations which still counts for something. But anyway, I'm going with Brazil..:)
Let's not forget that Brazil is 5 times world champion, south american champion 2009,confederation cup champion 2009, and just beat argentina 3x1 to keep the 1st place for the world cup in the Africa.
A common quip about football is: "The English invented it, the Brazilians perfected it.".
Cheers
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
now you made me cry, man! I wish we were able to always have a Squad like that. But you know, that particular team from the video (2006 World Cup, called The Magic Square, but actually having 5 players with Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaka, Robinho and Adriano) never won anything? The current team has less stars but is more efficient, they work better as a team.
thanx RTJ for that link. really enjoyed it!:)
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
chk it out ...
Thanks for the support bro. This music sounds better in the original language (like most of translations), but very nice try.
with all due respect man, I have many problems, I admit that, but being racist I can asure you I'm not! I could stay all day long explaining you why, but here comes the main one: I was brought in a family, in a community and most of all in a society that respects any color, race, belief and so on. There is no more mix of people (intermarriage and friendship speaking) anywhere in the world than Brazil, and I'm very PROUD of that, got it? By the way, what shocked me the most when I came to Doha (it was the first time I was in a Eastern country) was the intolerance, absurds like people from the same country but from different ethnies hating each other, something unthinkable for my background.
Another example: I'm from a town divided by two main football teams in Brazil. There, guys are even more passionate about this local clubs than by our national team (including myself). But almost everyone (with few exceptions, as usual) respects each other, has friends from the other side, relatives, etc, and just make fun of it.
So if I mentioned (and I know I did) anything that could sound racist, it's because I felt attacked in different ways, and being upset I lost my temper - not that justifies it, but that is the truth, my truth one would say. Never in my life I came to the terms because of football, not in the streets, not in the field, not anywhere, so I'm from peace, I'll definitely enjoy the game, and because of my age, job and family duties man, I can't afford to be juvenile anymore.
Like the famous words, " throw the stone who never commited a sin before".
Take care my friend.
Iam nt a hrdcore Braziln fan but luv Latn Amercn Fball.
Bt here it goes:)
Ninety millions in action
Forward Brazil my great love
All together, let's go forward Brazil
Hail the national team
Suddenly is that strange positive way, seems like all Brazil gave hands
All connected on the same emotion, it's all a single heart
All together, we go forward Brazil
Hail the national team
All together, we go forward Brazil
Brazil!
Hail the national team
All together, we go forward Brazil
Brazil!
Hail the national team
Brazeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel............Brazil
Brazeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel............Brazil
I'm coming over for the game as part of the members club and I think about 1300 tickets have been sold. As part of the rules of the club, we have to prove we've travelled to, in this instance Doha, to get our caps. That said, theres a few that are looking at going to brunch in one of the hotels on the Saturday morning, so there may not be 1300 actually turning up to the game!!
@ proud/flyer...you're passionate about the game true, what you left out is that you're also extremely racist & think nothing of abusing people just because they're not Brazilian or don't support Brazil...one word comes to mind:JUVENILE so please, grow up & enjoy the beautiful game in the spirit that it was meant to be enjoyed in...WHOEVER is playing, the game remains the same,it's FOOTBALL...in ANY language...peace mate...
unfortunately, for both sides, we will need to mix, spread all over the stadium, marked seats. It's not nice for the game, better when you watch a crowd the same color and stuff.
Regarding the language, I must admit I was one of the guys argueing, and because of that I got blocked and need to change my nickname (hi guys, missing Flyer?). I got in the heat you know, football is my passion, but sorry for any trouble I've caused.
Today I got my tickets and 50 QR & 150 & 700 all sold out!
I got the 100 QR and hope that the view from behind the Goalkeeper is fine! who got the 100?
but they didn't told me if my seat will be on Brazillian side or brit! or will it be mixed? casue its not cool when Brazil score a goal and u r cheering while the brit near u is cursing!
P.S: I wonder how the moderator here allow all the dirty street lang that some members used in this topic!

Thanks for all the replies. I've only been once to Qatar before, but been to Dubai many times and wasn't sure if Qatar shared the same thoughts on booze.
I'm staying at the Intercon (where i've stayed before) but was wondering if there was going to be much of an atmosphere before the game at the stadium and whether it was worth getting there a bit early. But if no boozing there then i guess probably not. Perhaps a couple by the pool first!
I'm not sure how may how many lads are coming over for the game. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a few empty seats in the bit reserved by the English FA as people will have paid for a ticket to ensure they get the right number of "caps" to get tickets for SA, but won't actually use the tickets because they don't want to pay all the costs of getting to Doha.
what at the khalifa stadium?????
There are a few places to grab a beer.....If you send me a PM, I'll let you know where to go and were not to go.
the Movenpick hotel is providing lunch and beer from 12 oclock on the day of the game
GKid01- not on yer nelly. You will not be able to get any beer what so ever unless you are staying at a wet hotel or you go to one of the bars in a hotel but you will need your passport to get in :-)
ps- it is not advisable to go to the match after having a few as you will probably end up getting arrested. Booze is forbidden pretty much here.
Hi, i'm flying over to watch England this coming weekend. Is it possible to get a beer at the stadium?
Cheers
these posts have been interesting , there are some real nasty ones which have made me laugh .
these posts have been interesting , there are some real nasty ones which have made me laugh .
The fans are arriving!
Your welcome :-)
Ohh that was helpful :)
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
Use your head and think.... Its not that hard.
you've made it by yourself?? Okay so where did you buy the raw materials from?
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
Haven't seen any on sale so I made one.
where did you get your flag me and you??
I just hope that we get to see some good, skillful football. My only concern is that most of the top players may not make it to the pitch as they will be shielded from picking up any injuries.
I recall the AC Milan game when Kaka and Ronaldhino did not even play a second of football, yet they travelled with AC Milan for the game. I hope that both teams put their best players on the pitch and we can see some beautiful football played here in this tiny country. After all it is a beautiful game, and hope they don't disappoint both the English and Brazilian fans by fielding their reserve players.

well said, mate! For you and all your friends, my best regards.
Ive got my flag and my face paints, can't wait for the match, its gonna be brilliant!! Just hope Beckham makes it...
Its being shown on ITV1.....how exciting...i'm looking for a flag to put 'ello mum' on it!!
I wonder how many fans will be coming from England? Like flying in for it? how exciting!!
Imagine you're away from your country, missing every little thing... Now imagine that football is your biggest passion, something that you think from the moment you wake up until the time you go to sleep... Now imagine that the unthinkable happens: your main natinal team comes to play in your backyard... BINGO! You have every single reason to understand why is not just a game!
Talking about the loudest chant, I must be realistic and admit that facing the majority of brit's there (most of Brazil supporters won't be brazilians, so they don't know our songs), it will be difficult to beat you guys, but we will try our best!
Come on Guys its only a Game..
I wonder who will be the loudest in the ground on Saturday evening.
I can only imagine one chant that will be topping the roof that is.. now join me..
Engerland Engerland Engerland .. Come On Engerland

A waste of a life
knowing a little bit of french wo't help you all the time, and goggleing is easy, I wanna see face to face. Also offending brazilian women fro the past Won't help neither, 'cause they were just natives, the real brazilian today is a mix of many races, a big improvement I'd say... Anyway, from a guy that puts in his profile that likes "things that smell like mango" and other stuff, sexual related activities must not be a problem, right? ARGHH!
You see, this is my advantage: I can speak your language, but you can't speak mine. I can find translation even for your worst slang, but for mine you can't. So I'm gonna make thousands of brit's fool in the match, so much fun! But I hope you're not that dumb, you can guess I'm not making any compliment for the queen, right? Bye, dude!
gadarene he said that England are sons of bitches... but then again I would have thought that was what Brazilians were after the Portuguese got there and met their women...
i love me mum and i am proud of it.
did you know yours, muppet?
Anyway, don't countries that play England deploy British riot police 'undercover'??Or experts in football hooliganism anyway......
Where can I get a bloody flag from??!!HELP!!
@ flyer,i'd reply but if it's not too much trouble, could you translate your rant into english first?...didn't get a word you said mate...wouldn't want to be sitting next to you @ the game!...get help mate, professional help ASAP...
e mandei tomar no cú
Inglaterra filha da puta
chupa rola e dá o cú
Inglaterra, vai tomar no cú
Olê, Brasil, olê, Brasil
I didn't forget you, is just you're to quiet now, is not worth it to waste words, you know? But your buddy airforce is even worse, he completely lost his track. I hope some better days for you guys. That said, enjoy the week, saturday is coming, but please, don't drink too much ok, to watch the show is better be sober!
or should I call chipmonkey? When I said not to talk about Pele is because he is our God, a**hole! I had the honour to meet him personally in Brazil, along many of our idols. I don't get it how do you people hear things, from your ears or from somewhere else! Make my day jerk, shove your balls, run naked and climb a pole! You can go wherever you want, doesn't make any difference, better, don't even come, otherwise the x-ray in the gate for dumbs is gonna scream!
Calm down children, don't bucketmouth on here!
Anyone worries about crowd trouble, Qatar has the solution! About twelve years ago in a world cup decider between Qatar & Saudia I remember the riot police fully togged out in armour ringing the pitch with long battens! It was more entertaining than the match to see them jogging into position! Of course there was no trouble even though Qatar lost. Do you think that contingency plans have not been made? If 30 police cars could attend Garveys to shut it down how many will be deployed for any trouble here?
how funny, every time he makes a post ,he makes himself look more of a c..k come on flyer try a bit harder you mug.
nice one AF1 his mum told me the same thing .
So i'm buying online because i'm coming across from Bahrain and it doesn't tell me if there specific areas for each sets of fans...clearly 15b is set aside for idiots and i refuse to believe flyers even from brazil as any brazilian who treats the name of pele with such disdain clearly knows nothing and should get back to building sandcastles or whatever the day job is....can anyone else tell me where the majority of england and brazil fans will be....i'm enlgish by the way but have no problem sitting anywhere....
I'm telling you, man. It's gonna be nothing." because you're a total cu++, enough said
i wish brazil stuff england yalla brazil 6-1 is a nice score :))
... this is a friendly match, so if the teams can be friendly, what is wrong with the supporters being too? As for calling our families ugly - you make me laugh. What a poor and sad spirit you have, are you sure you want to be there watching the match? Ugliness is what I see when I read your post above. Get a life, will you? Thanks!
Have a nice day :)
Calling me? you cannot live without you brother anymore, can't you? Sorry take so long man, I was just doing a research to find out your genealogic tree back in Brazil. Guess what? you're right bro! Your 5x great grandfather was from Brazil and a wanker too (but a better one, he did that for the king). But that was long time ago, when Brazil used to be still a monarquy, because today only retarded countries are still ruled by queens and stuff... Whoops, sorry man, no ofense, my fault! And because of this enormous coincidence (brazilians and wankers) we maybe can be relatives, could you believe it? But don't worry bro, if someone asks me how can I have a cousin so retarded as you, I will defend our family honour.
And to kill two birds with only one shot, Airforce1, you faget, kiss my a**!
stevennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
some great posts people , but if Engalnd put out a full strength side , Brazil will have little chance, especially that we are now managed by Capello, whos Great, Great ,Great, Grandparents, were actually from Clacton in Essex England.
oh and my great great great great great grandfather was Brazilian on my mothers side .
soeatmeflyerumug
Well said Airforce 1 !
Thanks Alumnar, i will c what to do, but please leave a post here after u go, i will do the same if i find a jersey somewhere for a normal price/quality ratio.....
cheers
you are a wanker!
and for those who don't know anything about England, the flag is called the cross of St.George and I really hope there are no Union Jacks.....the Union Jack is NOT the English flag............
Is this a football game or a war zone?.... Guys get a grip ... just go out and watch a good game with some of worlds best talent... come back and do a post mortem on the game... and may the best team win as long as its a good game.
my comments were for secret1, changed names by mistake, sorry for that. But in the other hand, I don't get why are you so upset about my comments. As the clever Alexa realized, I put football as a religion, that's it. About spelling, get a life jerk, I speak well 4 languages while you are still learning yours, idiot!
WOW.. Why do we need more "LAW ABIDING FANS" to fly across the continents? Thank GOD we've enough of 'em here itself!!!
---If you can't CONVINCE 'em, CONFUSE 'em!!!
Because England is 100 years ahead of Brazil as far as Education, Manners, Friendliness AND Civilization is concerned!!!
... behind the fabric souq which burned down by the Islamic Cultural Center. I am gonna have a look for copy ones there - I ain't paying nearly 300 Riyals for a T-Shirt! I will keep you posted about what I find. Me and you - will ring you in the morning for us to go down there either tomorrow or the day after :) (and Party Kingdom!) xx
Flyer... yeah that's beautiful me in the photo. I show my face - while you can't show your ugly kid spots. Get a life. I am done with a**holes like you!
Hey Guys !!
Where can i get England's Jersey Flag ??
thanks "me and you" i will check it out, no choice really.... If any1 knows any other place but Villagio, for shopping for an English football jersey, please let me know....
C yall there ;)
gadarene vs versimilitude now this i have to see.....:)
"Ali Baba and 40 thieves" are now "Ali Baba and 30 thieves" ; 10 were laid off.
flyer? what a di##! do you fly?
Dude!!! Tell me! who wants to talk about your religion? what is your religion? who cares? seriously, are you nuts?
come on man! answer my question,Do you know ENGLISH??? Do you understand me? you got any problem?
Shut up you irrational idiot. Go back to school and learn to spell and maybe a little about analytical thinking as well.
After reading ridiculous comments such this "gadarene", are you sure you still wanna buy a England jersey? "Samba style"? My gosh, I've never heard so much crap in my life! And where the hell he thinks the support will be bigger for Brazil? Most bachelors won't go on this game, simply because they cannot afford. The middle/high expat class here is made of at least 50% brit's, so who is gonna have the major support? My friend, no better reason to be a Liverpool fan, bunch of loosers...When you were still on diapers, I was there in the field watching the games, raining or sweating; I've been always a membership of my national club, even though far away; when they have a match, no matter the importance or the time of the day, I'm in the net watching or listening. So before talking about my religion, go and pray a little more, you sinner!
NFL???
@ Versimilitude...did you actually read the posts above mate?...the only one being offensive, rude & getting personal is this flyer fella & he's a Brazil supporter,so why would you go about this rant?...let me explain something to you mate...REAL TRUE supporters & fans support their club or a particular national side NOT necessarily the best one,do you understand?...I support England by default because i'm a huge LiverpoolFC fan but i understand that the chances of England winning this game are slim to none,so what? does it mean that i give up supporting a team i've always supported because the opposing team is better???...that's really REALLY lame...if everyone were to support just one side, the side that's likely to win, where's the fun in that???...you & flyer support Brazil, good for you, similarily, there are people that support England, for reasons that go beyond just who's the better side...i prefer the boring workmanlike style of English football to the stylish, samba like South American style, what gives you or flyer or anyone else the right to question or poke fun @ that support?...like i told flyer, this is a football game, the 2 countries aren't going to war, enjoy the game in the spirit that it was meant to be enjoyed in instead of b*&%^ing about your anticipated reasons that England will give after the game...sure Brazil will have more support on the ground for the simple reason that a lot of people not even really into the game of football will be supporting them simply because they're the no:1 team, these same people would support England if the tables were turned so a good % of your "Brazilian supporters" are actually just supporting the better team so please, would you & flyer both save your hatred spiel & go enjoy the game...
who cares? Its only a friendly!! Eerrr where can a get an England flag here????I'll be there!Wahey!
These are pommies... they only get to talk big before the match cos after the match they will be sobbing, so let em have their fun before the match... After the match the players/coach will be blaming the pitch/weather/referee/timing/angle of floodlights/traveling and not having their wife/girlfriends with them for losing to Brazil... and their fans will go wild as they get to terms with the defeat which was anyway coming their way but atleast that way they get to 'pretend' that they are actually surprised that they lost... :-p
If any of the fans are drunken and misbehaving... which I wouldn't be surprised to see... it would be fun to watch the Qatari policemen beat the telco beep out of them :-D...
Anyway, the Pommies on QL can thump their chests all they want, but the Brazilians will have hands down more ground support... cos the neutral supporters know what's real and what's fake...
don't do that man, stay in the jedi side, come to the light! Beautiful brazilian jerseys on sale at Nike store Villaggio.
There is a big sports shop opposit the entrance to the food court in Villaggio, I have been told they sell the latest ones there. They are quite expencive and not great quality!
Can any1 tell me where i can find to buy England football jersey or foodball Tshirt here in Doha!?
Thanks
Don't mentioned Pele's name, is offensive ok? Let's talk about the present, let's talk about 14th nov, when Kaka, Robinho, Luis Adriano and the other golden boys are gonna stuff your wit!
steve bro!! 15b little man laughing with a big fat arse.....................no more to say.
I don't know who the fu** is Steve, but I don't give a damn. And if you wanna find me bro, piece of cake, I'll be there in the game section 15B, laughing at you. But I hope you have a really big ball, cause I have a really big fat a** to offer you!
steve
hey little man, i love your little banter, i am from east london, bless you
Now then that Brazil team of 1970 was the best i have ever seen, i am a true football fan and Pele was the best footballer the world has ever seen .
so do not embarrass the Pele name with you shallow little quips or i will find you on the night and insert the match ball into your wit.
this is really your picture in your post? (must be, in internet people generally lie for better, not for worse). My gosh, sorry talking about ugly people, you probably got very offended, right?
But you surely know nothing about Brazil and their people, right? I know, very old legend. By the way, if you really are from Portugal, I don't get it your support to England and hate for Brazil. Is that friendly match we stuffed you 6x1? Get over with it.
how are you, ready for the game? I'll love it. Specially watching a group of hundreds of brazilians having fun while thousands of brit's sighing and thinking: "whoops, what to do, we invented the game but they made it better"...
steve flyer the cryer crossed his wire
a reportedly live TV appearance. He said, "To prove I am still alive, England were a bag of ***** on Saturday against Brazil".
The British Government claim that it could have been recorded months ago.
Thanks britexpat, I've just took the joke from you...
and by the number of comments, looks like my fan club is growing. I've been out this days, but here I am, ready to shoot. Well, thank you all for the compliments, very kind of you. But the truth is: I've just been sarcastic, like I'm ALWAYS. But people, you know nothing, I said NOTHING about brazil, brazilians, football and whatsoever, so don't judge or try to guess, keep just doing what you always do best: throw away words in the desert, maybe the dunes can hear you...
Flyer - judging by your comments, its not the England fans we need to worry about. It seems the Brazilian fans have some anger issues. Perhaps you should start your own thread, we're happy go lucky people looking forward to a friendly game.
I am sure it will be a fun match. With recent success of England, I am hoping that it will beat Brazil. Then it will be more fun !!!! GO ENGLAND GO !!!!
Now that will be worth watching from my roof with a beer in hand, dont worry this is justa try run to see what might happen for the main games
Rules are a guideline for intelligent people, but they must be adhered to by idiots.
Haha! Flyer, what an Arse!
I have my ticket, my flag and I'm ready to party.
Whilst I have reservations as to the score I'm sure it'll be a cracker for a FRIENDLY match.
... you would think I would be routing for Brazil as I am from Portugal, but no thank you :)
@ flyer...you have serious issues mate...it's just a football game & a friendly one @ that...nobody's going to war here ok?...drink a beer or five, kick back & enjoy the game...nobody pissing off anybody here is going to result in ANYTHING,understand?...this is Qatar,so the authorities are not going to let ANYONE mess around, rules are the same for English & Brazilian fans,in ironically,if there is a chance of one sidedness,it'll be favouring the Brits,so your last sentence has no relevance whatsoever, this isn't Rio where the favela gangs are going to go around shooting English fans because they pissed of the Brazilians...so seriously man,RELAX! & enjoy the game in the spirit of football...
I hope the law abiding England doesnt turn out to be like the movie law abiding citizen.. it would then quite a firework to watch for
The day England stuff Brazil I change my name... I hope you have enough soap at home to wash your st. George's cross flag, because you all are gonna wipe your tears on it!
And by the way, don't worry, the "brazilian babes" are coming, in a large group, along with their husbands and kids, so keep looking to your ugly ones. And don't forget to warn your hooligans friends to avoid messing around with people there, cause if you pi** off a brazilian, it's worse than crossing with a qatari landcruiser, I guarantee to you!
We sure can!!! ;)

As its only a friendly-will it attract that many fans from the UK. Hope the game lives up to the hype
Gerrard's still nursing a groin injury...bummer...
steve
come on lads!
Yey finally you have let slip who you will be supporting ;-) we can have matching flags on our faces now lol. x
... to watch England beat the crap out of Brazil!!! Woooooooooooooohooooooooooooooo!!!!!
steve
I reckon it will be a good night , very noisey , but also very friendly !!
man! it's gonna be crazy....yall can do what yall wanted to do, so let's rock
There won't be any problem getting the St Georges Cross out. I have them in the car everytime England's in a tournament. Lots of people have St Georges stickers on their cars etc.
I hope they do come and show Qatar how idiotic it is for them to even think of hosting the 2022 World Cup.
Are we permitted to use the St Georges Cross as the Red Cross is not normally permitted in the Middle East due to the crusades???
haha wait until some of them get a hire car...they will soon find out how the locals drive!! im sure some finger guestures will be given!!
Rules are a guideline for intelligent people, but they must be adhered to by idiots.
exiledsaint,
that explains their absence in Doha!
steve
thankyou Galloper48 that would be interesting to look at.
I think as long as they do a little revision before coming everything will be just fine :-)
could be dealing with the same issues faced by the England fans(proper dressing & behaviour).
In the end we'll see what happens.
@idealman: there was a recent post in which the Qatar authorities had issued warnings to those going into the game to behave properly otherwise jail is awaiting for them. I'll try to find the link and post it here.
Regards!!
Well Nic, Hot Samba babes will probably fail the swine flu cameras at the airport and immediately get deported back to Brazil for corrupting public morals...
ha ha ha....pretty funny huh..lol
but not only just sit, shit around would be better...lmao
Will all those male English bachelors who come be told at City Center and Villago, 'I'm sorry sir, its family only day today but you can sit on the grass outside...'
what about the hot samba babes, are they coming?
there will be no trouble...its not as if they can all drink on the streets and throw plastic chairs at away fans!!
i think they will just go shopping in villagio, buy tack, magic carpets and ginni lamps in souk waqif!! sunbathe in a hotel and burn their skin!
oh well, im, sure its gonna be a great match and atmosphere.
Don’t worry not many will bother to come to Qatar just to see a friendly game.
