King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia receives a ceremonial welcome from the Queen in central London.

"It took three hours for all the luggage to be unloaded while a convoy of 84 limousines drove the party into London"

I think someone has over packed on the clothes front lol.

Wow... and to think I was limited to two bags of 32 kilos plus another carry-on of 16, plus my carry-on to the airplane and my laptop when I moved to Doha...

I've gotta go get on the horn and find out what airline *he* was using (^^)

Knoxcollege, Saudi Arabia donate billions of dollars per year to the needy, including yur own land of Afghanistan.

Yes, they spend even more on themselves but no-one can say they are skimpy on charitable causes.

King Abdulla came with a huge party. They needed five jumbo jets to ferry them to London. I am not surprised.

The entrouge consists of 400 advisers apart from the Foreign Minister, Prince in waiting etc.

The 400 advisers consists of Main adviser, his adviser and his adviser and the list goes on.

What to say?

When king moves...Kingdom moves..

what happened to the other 16?

One thing is for sure

Easy Come, Easy go.

The day will come when they will realize their mistakes. Some learn from experience whereas some never learn. They talk about helping the poor, the palestinians, the lebanese, the people in Africa. They can help everyone if only they spend their money wisely. I will let the history decide what it calls them. Wise or Otherwise
