Guys dont go for purvankara(purva) their builings in blore suck! I have seen some purva apartments that leak. Really sorry state!

i did extensive research regarding construction industry in kerala, silppi construction is one of the best construction group in south india, but unfortunately they dont have any housing projects of their own they do major contract work for other builders. projects they have executed in cochin till now as far as i can remember are GCDA COMPLEX MARINE DRIVE, FEDERAL TOWERS, MARINE DRIVE, STELLA MARY TOWERS MARINE DRIVE, NEW OBERON MALL , etc . i would have gladly applied for their projects if they had one, but unfortunately they are not into developing housing projects of their own. i did lot of research to buy one flat ,and i know they are the best and most trusted construction group in kerala

Best Building Constructor in Kochi...?
Its quite easy....visit some of their previous construction. Make a point of visiting the terrace of the buildings. If the terrace has tiles (for the water to flow/dry away quickly) the builder is better.
Check if he has provided waterproofing membrane for the foundation. This is very important in kerala which receives a lot of rainfall. This waterproofing will mean that the building will detoriate very very slowly. This is very difficult to check once the bulding has been completed. This has to be verified personally with the builder & ask him if he can provide proof like photos (from the progress of works).
Another thing to check for is the finishing, the corners, the edges, the window sills, the Hinges for Windows & Doors, The quality of the electrical switiches, the Main Electrical board & its wireing etc.
I saw a building of Skyline builders on the way to Airport and the building looked quite good to me....I dont recall the name. I guess Skyline builders provide 3d walkthrough animations of the building & appartment...so you get a very good idea. Not only that it shows that the Company are willing to invest in quality 3d animators when 99% of the builders are content with 2D designs & presentation.
Thodupuzha Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is doing a good job at Thodupuzha, Muthalakodam consisting of 10 Nos. of Luxuarious Villa and with modern facilities.
So I prefer to vote them!!
