Karwa Drama

Pffff what a day what a day........ I knew transportation could be a problem around here... but i have had always a good experience up till today.

Yesterday i called Karwa for a taxi reservation. I needed a taxi for today at 10.30 because i had to go to a job interview.... I booked early ....... just incase....

Well I waited (put in earplugs) 45 MINUTES (!!!!!)..... Seriously...... that is outragegous.... (spelling?)
I can understand that a taxi can be late like a max of 15 minutes but not 45. Due to traffic he said.... well i think that is BS. Due to incompetance off planning..... and maybe just some traffic.

So when he finaly showed up........ I aksed if the trip was going to be free because he was rudely late.... no ma'am... i cannot do that.... What a costumer service....

Anyway I got to the job interview and got hired... !!! Yeah for me hahaha
Now i called Karwa this afternoon again for tomorrow morning because i need to o to my new job.... they cannot book me a taxi because verything is fully booked untill 9.30 !!!! WHAAAAAAAAAA what a frustration.....

So if anyone can PM me a number of a safe and reliable driver........ Please i need it.

Thanks a lot and sorry for shouting....

You can take out your earplugs now.....

Congrats on the new job!!!!

I gave up on Karwa a long time ago...I never bother booking, they either don't turn up at all even if you book five years in advance or they show up late, almost with a grin on their face.

From experience, one has to book 2 days or at least 24 hrs in advance for one to get a confirmed booking. But lo and behold, that does not mean the driver will pick u up on/in time!

It was 3pm on a Friday and I wanted a ride at 6pm .

His response was:

"Sorry, Sir, fully booked. We can take you tomorrow if you like"!!!!!

I walked!

Karwa.... how can they say "everything is completely booked..." cause there are always Karwa idling away at their stands at City Centre, Airport, etc.

Even if they claim to book the service they give such a time that would be not only unuseful for you but also downright ridicilous.

Once they told me the next service would be free 5hrs from now. Then another time it was 4hrs from now.

My question : is Karwa competent to handle public transportation? Or are they being paid by Car Companies/showrooms to do a bad service?

...And congrats on your new job. And dont depend on Karwa....its a disease that has no cure.
