KAHRAMAA Negative Customer Satisfaction

This is the new objective of Kahramaa. Simply coz of the following contraints and factors:

1. Staff utilization

2. Reducing traffic congestions

3. No need for technology

4. Why should the customer be happy and satisfied?

5. All costomers are guilty until the contrary is proven.

To achieve the above, the following procedure is followed:

1. Check for customers outstanding balances Pick up a list of those (no known criterea or rules)

2. Disconnect power

3. Send a notification that you did disconnect the power (after it is done already) to let the customer know that you did what you did. No need for prior warnings at all.

Then the customer has to rush his butt (if aware of what happened in the right time) to Kahramaa office. Pay. Wait miserably for the technician to reconnect. (You will discover that the technician was there for a long time), take him with you to reconnect and drop him back at the office.

Now I really wonder why does Qtel bother to send SMS to notify that the bill is issued and then send a reminder to pay. Think they should follow the intelligent and convnient procedure followed by Kahramaa.

The funny think is when you ask them (the nice staff there) why did you disconnect without notice, they look at you like you are a criminal or a terrorist and reply "we did send the invoice" and mind you, the outstanding balance was way below the 2000 deposit.

Anyhow. I know the service since it was a ministry and now a company (think the change was to improve the service amond other reasons). But I can tell, nothing did change and they were dealing with customers much better before. It is not a matter of having a LOGO and change the company name.

Sometimes, we come across funny news like "Khramaa is considering a telemetry system to collect the readings remotely" Sorry, but this was the plan since more than 20 years and till now they are still studying and put it in the news as if it is an achievement.

Anyhow. All what we have to say is Thank you Kahramaa. Bravo. We are overwhelmed and impressed by your achievements (Wish somebody can mention one achievement)

I think you are mixing between Kahramaa and QEW company.

Also you cannot claim or hint that it is a new company. They have just renamed part of the ministry. The system and staff are already there.

Besides, doing expansions is not an achievement. It is their duty.

Will not register anything. I have been personally in the office and I have stated the feedback and the way they treat customers.
