Juice Fast Review!
I am now back with my review of the juice fast! I tried the Raw ME juice fast Obsession. The flavours were delicious and all the juices tasted fresh.
The first few days, I could manage to stay on the juices only. Admittedly, afterwards, I did find I wanted to eat. I was craving food - you can generally still stick to the raw foods to continue the benefits.
Thus, even with me not sticking wholly to the juices (which is best if you want to reap the full benefits). My skin cleared a lot and I felt I had more energy to get through the day. My colleague noticed a difference right away on my face.
The first day of the juice fast I did suffer from a headache, likely withdrawal from caffeine… but afterwards I was fine.
I had several kinds of juices that were pressed from spinach, beets, lettuce, lemons and more and I could feel the benefits of drinking those nutrients daily for almost a week.
I would suggest that if you’ve never tried a juice fast before, try doing only two days at first and see how you get through. Going for longer can be challenging, but the rewards are visible and worth it.
A hat-tip to Raw ME, the delivery was always on time and consistent, and every two days they brought new juices so that you could get the freshest quality.

No, there are actually TWO. One of them has to look beyond his nose to really know who the two are. One of them has been with QL for quite sometime now. The other is a new comer. Both write for the sake of writing with many of the posts being misguides. One of them has the habit of posting several posts consecutively one following the other as "ideas flow into his mind!!!!!"
Can, Carry on with your good work, you bring inside info . It is good for the general QLers .........

Just ignore the TIME WASTER ............... it's only one , yet ........
It does not matter who delivers the juices ........... We must get juices as & when we require ........... that's important for me , that's my concern .............

Can, We can avoid headache on the first day as well ......... if we dilute the juice a little ..............
