Job Offer from Saudi
Dear All
I need some expert advice, I am working as an Engineer in Hamad Internatioanal Airport and I have got a job offer from Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) for Metro Rail Project after passing 4 interviews of long durations. The Package they are offering me is the same as I am getting here but they are not giving me Family Status till 2 years. Now the job offer is with me and I have to confirm/reject it.
Kindly help me out as how to negotiate with them. It's a total package of SAR 11760 and I am getting here QAR 11000 with Family Status. I would be glad to have your opinion in taking out money from the future employer.

Financial and professional progression should be considered first and foremost for a career change. Negotiate for the package that you are worthy of...
Please make sure that u get one of the following advantages if u r shifting u r job.
1. Increase in salary atleast 30%
2. Increase in position atleast one level up
3. Entirely new domain/Project where u can learn new things.
Adding furthur you are considering relocation which is consumes time and Money.
I believe that Pay standards and work culture of qatar is vast and far more better than KSA.
