Well every religion has (slight) differences, so i am not going to make it a controversial issues.

Back to the topic, yes, Yusuf Estes is AWESOME, i love watching his videos on YouTube, and seriously recommend them.

Jesus is considered a prophet on Islam not the son of god. Prophet mohd is considered the last prophet and hence the last revelation. Other religions have come since claiming to build on Judaism, christainity and Islam but none has become as popular as those three. Of course they are denounce other messengers from god as fakes. Gotta defend your own turf....
